Manage Your Remicy Plus Subscription
Remicy Plus subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Follow these steps to cancel renewal, restore purchase status, request refunds or contact support.

Auto-renewal, price and access
- Remicy Plus is a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
- Price, renewal period, trial status if any and taxes are shown on the App Store or Google Play purchase screen before you confirm.
- If you cancel, Remicy Plus access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless store rules or applicable law provide otherwise.
- Unused monthly rights may not carry over to the next subscription period.
Apple App Store subscriptions
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID name and open Subscriptions.
- Select the Remicy Dream or Remicy Plus subscription.
- Use Cancel Subscription to stop renewal.
Google Play subscriptions
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon and open Payments and subscriptions.
- Choose Remicy Dream or Remicy Plus from Subscriptions.
- Use Cancel subscription to stop renewal.
Restore purchases
- You can use the restore purchase option inside the Profile or Plus screen in the app.
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
- If restore does not work, contact support with your store, account email and order information if available.
Refund requests
- Refunds are reviewed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the relevant store rules.
- Remicy Dream does not collect or store your payment card information.
- Support can review purchase status, but cannot override store refund decisions.
Apple refund requests
- For purchases made through Apple, you can start a refund request through Apple Support.
- Apple reviews refund requests under its own store policies.
Google Play refund requests
- For purchases made through Google Play, you can start a refund request through Google Play Support.
- Google Play reviews refund requests under its own store policies.
Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions
- Deleting your Remicy Dream account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google.
- To stop recurring billing, cancel the subscription from the relevant store account.
